3). Testing steps

Please note that since it is a control test, so we need to run two tests, and one test is did without HPMC on the left of the picture, and the other test is did with HPMC on the right of the picture.

  1. get 100.00 g gypsum powder for each beaker
  1. get 100.00 g gypsum powder
get 2g retarder
  1. get 1.5000 g HPMC for the right one
get 1.5 g HPMC
  1. only add retarder into the left beaker, while add retarder and HPMC into the right beaker
put together
  1. stir the mixture
stir
  1. weigh the weight of 10 pieces slow speed filter papers and record it
get the weight of the filter paper
  1. get 80.00g water
get 80g water
  1. put the mixture into the plastic bag
put powder into plastic bag

  1. take out the slow speed filter papers
take out the fliter paper
  1. take out the slow speed filter papers with tweezers
take the paper with tweezer
  1. weigh the weight of the slow filter papers, and record it
weigh the weight
  1. calculate the numbers, then get the result.
calculate the numbers
