- 0.0001 g analytical balance

2). Testing steps
- get 1.0000 g HPMC
- get 99.00 g hot water
- put the HPMC into the hot water
- keep stirring the solution for several minutes
- put the beaker into the cold bath and keep stirring
- test the temperature to make sure it’s under 25 degrees.
- keep stirring while heating until it’s up to 25 degrees.
- test the PH value
